Ratingen/Braunschweig, February 10, 2026.  The HyPlus Group is strengthening its executive management team and has appointed Thomas Fleig as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The experienced finance expert is responsible for the strategic direction and financial management of the group. In this role, he will support the international IT service provider through its next phase of growth.

A particular focus is on the further professionalization of internal structures and processes. In addition, he leads key transformation projects to drive forward the Group's growth agenda.

Thomas Fleig brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance to the table. He has supported numerous transformation projects, growth strategies, and acquisitions, while also setting up scalable financial organizations. He previously held the position of Group CFO at Infoniqa Holding GmbH. Other stages in his career include the Douglas Group, MRH Trowe, Ernst & Young, and Warburg Pincus.
