Four steps to success - our agile methods

Using our proven agile methods, we work with you and your project team to accelerate your product development in just four steps. We tailor our advice and support to your individual goals and possibilities. Depending on your requirements, it is also possible to start at a later stage - from step 2, for example.

1. Learning and Understanding

Using the agile methods of event storming and design thinking, we quickly identify existing expert knowledge and the potential for innovation. At this stage of product development, the focus is on finding the right, relevant problem and building up a fundamental understanding of the area.

2. Analyze and Validate

In the second step, the solution hypotheses are specifically tested. For this purpose, the selected use cases are specified in product development and the optimal solutions for users are found. The existing innovation potential is exploited.

3. Planning and Design

The third step builds seamlessly on the two previous steps and incorporates their results. This step is aimed at efficient structuring towards an ideal product. With the help of user story mapping, agile product planning is iteratively adapted and specific user experiences are modeled. In addition to the user, the focus is on the system view (adaptable, scalable architectures) and the data view (continuous improvement through input from metrics).

4. Implementation and Monitoring

In the fourth step, the focus is on functionality, benefits and implementation to market maturity. The first product, the minimum viable product (MVP), is developed and validated. With each new iteration, findings are processed and the product-market fit is optimized. The project duration of the Scrum process is divided into short sprints, at the end of which a functional product is created.
