Before the HyPlus solution was implemented, everything was done manually using Excel spreadsheets and paper-based calculation forms, which required an immense amount of effort.
Our solution
HyPlus established a global, customized software process that essentially transformed all manual work into an automated solution. Now, dispatchers can simply monitor the process and intervene only when necessary.
The result
By introducing an automated software solution, logistics dispatchers were able to significantly reduce the maintenance effort required to manage carriers. For our customer, this means less paperwork, fewer errors, faster, better, and cheaper processes, as there are now around 70% fewer dispatchers in use.
