The Challenge
We were commissioned by our client in the financial sector to optimize and digitize a previously manual process for creating factoring applications. The aim of the project was to map the business process, user tasks, and workflow using wireflows and interactive prototypes as part of UX prototyping.
Our solution
In order to make the application process more efficient and easier for the rapidly growing customer base, the previously manual application process was to be completely digitized. An automated and clear user guide for complex application creation was developed: now, input-dependent processing and compact information have replaced manual document templates. This has significantly reduced the amount of processing and maintenance required. By conducting a UX vision workshop to examine user behavior and specify the tasks and goals involved in creating a factoring application, we were able to meet the customer's requirements within the specified project timeframe.
The result
During implementation, HyPlus had to effectively integrate the needs of various user groups into a single product. The solution was a centralized application for managing and tracking applications: numerous simple user tasks involved in the application process were fully automated. Using agile methods, the application process was visualized, tested using prototypes, coordinated with stakeholders, and ultimately optimized. The final IT solution greatly simplifies users’ daily work with applications. Applicants are guided quickly and efficiently through the application process.
