Continuing two success stories together - this is the motto of IT service providers MT from Ratingen and GOD from Braunschweig, who are now entering into a strategic merger

As part of their growth targets, the two individual software service providers MT GmbH and GOD GmbH are now intensifying their cooperation in the form of a merger. The two companies, based in Ratingen and Braunschweig, have already been working together successfully on projects for some time. The strategic merger, supported by joint growth partner Waterland Private Equity, will enable customers to access an even more innovative and larger technology portfolio in future. In addition, further customers and industries are to be reached through the correspondingly more powerful sales organization. The merger also offers valuable opportunities for further development for the 800 employees of both companies.

Jürgen Allmich and Siegfried Lassak (MT) as well as Igor Krahne, Ralf Holland and Thorsten Kollet (GOD) form the top management of the joint company. "In recent years, both companies have built up extensive expertise in the field of customized software and other IT services in numerous industries, which complement each other perfectly and for which they are highly regarded on the market," says Igor Krahne. "Based on a very similar vision, this synergy now offers the ideal basis for driving forward key growth initiatives and further strengthening the market position in a joint group," adds Jürgen Allmich.
