Compliance
With a view to our common future
For HyPlus, the goals of economic success and social responsibility are inseparable. Responsible and ethical conduct toward employees, business partners, society, and the environment is an integral part of HyPlus’s value system. Compliance with laws and regulations in our business activities is a matter of course. The following compliance guidelines, which form a binding part of our business policy, are based on these principles.
Compliance guideline

Equal opportunities: We do not tolerate discrimination against any person.
We respect and uphold internationally recognized human rights and support their observance.
Occupational health and safety is a central component of our company.
We comply with the applicable laws and regulations when collecting, storing, processing or transferring personal data and information. We are supported in this by our data protection officer and the data protection coordinator.
We give equal consideration to ecological, economic and social goals in our business activities.
We take all necessary measures to prevent conflicts of interest between clients and HyPlus, between clients and individual employees, and between different departments, and to resolve such conflicts should they arise.
HyPlus reviews all proposals from its business partners, suppliers, and service providers in a fair and unbiased manner and awards contracts based on an evaluation of established decision-making criteria, such as suitability criteria and qualifications.
HyPlus does not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery.
We see ourselves as an active member of society and are therefore involved in a wide variety of ways. Donations made must always be documented in a traceable and transparent manner, i.e. the recipient and use must be known and the reason and purpose of the donation must be legally justifiable. Payments to private accounts are not permitted.
Fair competition is very important to us. We consistently reject relationships and agreements with competitors, suppliers, distributors and dealers that impair fair competition.
