Application process
1. Online application via the application portal

2. Review of the documents by the recruiting team
Our recruiting team carefully reviews your application and compares it with the requirements of the advertised position. We pay attention not only to professional qualifications, but also to personality and motivation.
3. Invitation to a first meeting
If your profile stands out, we’ll invite you to an interview—by phone, online, or in person. We’d like to get to know you better and give you the chance to learn more about us, our team, and the role.
4. Invitation to a technical discussion
Next, we’ll invite you to an in-depth technical interview with the relevant department. The purpose of this interview is to discuss your technical knowledge and experience in detail and to determine how your skills best align with the requirements of the position. At the same time, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your future responsibilities and the team you’ll be working closely with.
5. Feedback and, if applicable, a contract offer
After the interview, you will receive prompt feedback. If it suits both parties, we will make you a contract offer and discuss the next steps for your start with us.
