Niels de Bruijn is the Head of Low-Code at HyPlus.
For more than 20 years, he has been supporting companies in the development of modern business applications. He actively contributes his experience from client projects to the further development of Oracle APEX. As an Oracle ACE Director, he is one of the leading figures in the Oracle APEX community. He regularly shares his knowledge through presentations and blog posts. In addition, Niels de Bruijn is the developer of Flows for APEX as well as the founder and program director of the APEXconnect conference.

Carsten Czarski
Carsten Czarski is an architect on the Oracle APEX development team and has been with Oracle since 2001.
His areas of focus include support for external REST APIs, the APEX Query Engine, and features such as Faceted Search, Map Region, and Application Search.

Markus Peppler
Markus Peppler is a Director and Head of the Business Solutions Portfolio Management, Real Estate & Alternative Investments department at Universal Investment.
For more than 25 years, he has been developing business applications in the financial industry. As head of the IT development department, he is responsible for a central Oracle platform with over 60 production-ready business applications and more than 1,000 users. His areas of expertise include API-based platform architectures, Oracle APEX, and the use of AI in software development, operations, and business processes.
