HyPlus is a partner in the new Lünendonk study, “Agentic AI: From Copilot to Autopilot.” Together with other IT service providers, we provided technical support for the study.

The study examines how far companies have come in their use of AI agents and what is still holding them back from moving from pilot projects to full-scale production. To this end, 180 interviews were conducted with CIOs, IT managers, and department heads from German-speaking countries.

A key insight: Successful scaling requires the right foundation. Above all, technological prerequisites, data quality, regulatory frameworks, and AI expertise play a decisive role in this regard.
